Pool heating is charged at 25 USD per day (175 USD per week) or £120 per week.

A security deposit of 250 USD/ £150 is payable with the final invoice and is refundable within 30 days of your departure from the villa.

10% discount on bookings made within 8 weeks of your arrival date.

Summer special: Now only 999 USD (666 GBP) per week for August 2010!

Our regular pricing is per week - for subsequent weeks we will discount 1 night per week, so stay 14 nights pay for 13, stay 21 nights pay for 19.......
