Villa Hunnypot provides accommodation with stunning views over one of two private lakes around which the community of Sunset Lakes is built - relax and watch the wildlife on and in the lake or enjoy the occasional early morning sight of hot air balloons floating overhead.

Boating is permitted on the lake - but only in man powered crafts to preserve the peace and tranquility. Fishing is permitted but all fish must be returned to the lake. - as it is 'treated' for weed control - so your catch is not to be eaten! No fishing permit is needed.

Sunset Lakes (map) is a small community of just 161 homes, close to the many shops and restaurants on Highway 192, and within easy travelling distance of the numerous shopping malls in Orlando. For small children there is the attraction of a children's play area.

In fact we are so close to Walt Disney World (map) that if you feel the need for an afternoon break from the theme parks before the evening fireworks, just pop back home for a dip in the pool - we do!

Orlando International airport is approximately 30 minutes drive (24 miles) whilst Orlando Sandford airport can be reached in approximately 1 hour (49 miles).
