Villa Hunnypot is a large Floridian style villa having stunning views over the pool and lake. The villa is managed by a local family run management company who ensure our guests have excellent support and that the villa is cleaned to a high standard.

Opens onto the lanai and pool deck. The patio doors have alarms fitted for the safety of all of our guests, particularly small children. The family room has a high vaulted ceiling and is equipped with digital cable TV and DVD player.

Overlooking the family room makes this a very sociable area. It is equipped with a wide range of equipment including a self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is an adjoining dining nook for informal dining overlooking the pool.

Overlooks the front of the property and is accessible from the kitchen, offering the opportunity to dine in style.

A comfortable quiet lounge overlooking the front of the property is an ideal place to relax away from the tv area.

An easily accessible suite (suitable for wheelchair users or those who find stairs difficult) with 2 double beds, cable tv (now digital) and direct access to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in closet (perfect for all that shopping), huge shower cubicle, large bath tub, 2 wash basins and seperate toilet.

This air conditioned room has been equipped with a 10 in 1 games table (air hockey, fussball, table tennis, snooker etc), PC providing free  internet access, PS2 (plus games), a selection of board games and jigsaws as well as an ever growing library.

Houses a large washing machine and tumble drier.

Stairs lead to a galleried landing which offers views over the family room and the lake.

This impressive master suite has a king size bed, cable TV (now digital) and a very spacious en suite bathroom. The room opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom features 'his' and 'hers' washbasins, large walk in shower, oval bath and has an adjoining large walk in closet.

With our smaller guests in mind, this room has been subtly themed for Winnie the Pooh fans. There are twin beds and plenty of closet space.

This room again has plenty of closet space and provides twin beds and cable TV (now digital).

This is equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Ideally placed for access from the twin bedrooms.

Overlooking the lake there is a large pool and spacious pool deck. The pool, which is north facing, is 30ft x 14ft ( depth 3ft to 6ft) and in the summer months 80% of the pool area enjoys the sun all day!  Hedging affords much privacy from neighbouring pools. The pool has a small seperate area suitable for our smaller guests (under supervision of course). Comfortable chairs surround the pool but should the heat be too much for you, you can take advantage of the covered lanai (with its ceiling fan) which will guarantee shade and is excellent for outdoor dining. The pool can be heated during the cooler months (a charge is made for this).

The villa is now equipped with a B/W Laser Printer for your convenience. This may be used from the PC provided in the games room - or from your own laptop (if you bring one). The necessary driver CD's (for your laptop) should be available by/near the main PC.

Free telephone calls (local, long distance and international but not to mobiles).

Wireless internet access is available allowing you to connect your own laptop to the internet and printer from anywhere in the house. (No charge is made for this but as it is a 'secured' connection for your protection, you will need to ask for the access code when making your booking). For those who can live without their laptop on holiday, there is an internet PC in the Games room. 

All linens and towels are provided, including pool towels.

A cot and high chair are available, at no extra cost, for our smallest guests.
