You'll find us on the secure gated community of Sunset Lakes, just a few minutes drive from Disney, in the popular holiday destination of Kissimmee, near Orlando. Sunset Lakes offers guests a communal pool, children’s playground, fishing (no permit needed) and a scenic lakeside dock. Our tranquil community is just minutes from a main highway with it’s many restaurants, shops and of course, Disney!

The impressive Upstairs Master Suite has a king sized bed, TV and a very spacious en-suite bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom provides ‘his’ and ‘hers’ washbasins, a large walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c and an adjoining walk-in closet.
Downstairs, you’ll find a Double Master Suite which is easily accessible (suitable for wheelchairs or those who find stairs challenging) with 2 double beds, cable TV and direct access out onto the lanai and pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has 2 walk-in closets (one of which is lockable), a large walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c and ‘his’ and ‘hers’ washbasins.
We have two additional twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, TV and plenty of closet space. One has digital cable TV, iPod dock while the other is Winnie the Pooh themed and perfect for our smaller guests. These two rooms share a bathroom which is equipped with w/c and bath with overhead shower.
